Welcome to sundaysessions.la (the “Site”), operated under the Sunday Sessions brand. By accessing or using the Site, or participating in our events, making purchases, subscribing to email or SMS communications, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Site or services.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy (click here to review), which describes how we collect and use your data.

1. Eligibility & Age

  • By using the Site, you affirm that you are at least the minimum age required by applicable law (commonly 13 years old or higher).
  • If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have consent from your parent or guardian to use the Site under these Terms.
  • You must use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • Some Site features (ticketing, profile, etc.) may require creating an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account for violations of these Terms.

3. Use of the Site & Conduct

You agree you will not use the Site to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation
  • Post or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on someone else’s rights
  • Use the Site for unsolicited advertising or spam
  • Harvest or collect personal data of other users
  • Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access or navigate the Site
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or Content on the Site
  • Frame or mirror any content from the Site without permission

We may restrict or deny access to the Site or features if we believe you have violated these rules.

5. Purchases, Tickets & Events

  • If you purchase tickets or other products via the Site, you agree to the additional terms and conditions presented during the purchase process (e.g. refund policy, rescheduling).
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.
  • Tickets grant a revocable license to attend the event; admission may be denied for violations of rules, misconduct, or noncompliance.
  • The event organizer may change venue, date, or performers. When this happens, your ticket may remain valid or be eligible for refund, depending on circumstances.
  • In case of cancellation or rescheduling, we will attempt to notify you via email or SMS.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement).
  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Site or services.
  • Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if applicable), to the extent allowed by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sunday Sessions, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your misuse of the Site or services
  • Your violation of any law or rights of a third party

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (excluding its conflicts-of-law rules).
  • Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
  • You and we consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
If you object to any change, your remedy is to stop using the Site and services.

10. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site and services, superseding prior agreements.
  • No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms are for the benefit of the parties only; no third party may enforce them (unless specified).
